			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thanks to the Marblehead Family Fund and the Harold and Elizabeth Shattuck Memorial Fund, there will be a new playground on Stramski Way.  I don&#8217;t recall the last time my kids played on that playground.  It is in rough shape.  The Parks and Rec Department recently agreed to tear down the old playground once the new playground is designed.  The budget for the new playground is $50,000 and it will be designed with a sailing theme.  The playground will get heavy use once the new pier is constructed (currently on hold due to appeals by neighbors).</p>
